Save the Children collaborates with KIMFF
Save the Children joined hands with 19th edition of Kathmandu International Film Festival - KIMFF (9-13 December) as part of our Red Alert on Climate Campaign.
The collaboration led to a TikTok competition through which young people shared short videos on how they contribute to saving the environment and be more responsible by adopting climate friendly behaviors. You can watch the winning video here and the most viewed video here.
Save the Children co-hosted panel discussion on Coping with Climate Karma - Panel Discussion. Representing the Red Alert campaign and children and youth, Nepalese Youth for Climate Action Network Coordinator and youth climate activist Umesh Balal Magar and Shreya KC, another climate justice activist shared their thoughts on climate crisis' impact on children and youth of Nepal.
